Turning offline trust into confident online bookings
GlossnGlass is a premium bridal makeup studio and internationally certified academy in Bangalore. The business had strong offline credibility, celebrity clientele, real word-of-mouth trust, but the website didn't carry any of it. Brides and aspiring makeup artists landed on the same confusing homepage and couldn't tell whether it was a service, a school, or both.

Three decisions that did the work
Each decision matched the page to the visitor’s intent.
One brand shell, two paths
A shared story served neither audience, but two sites would split the brand.
Credibility first for brides
Trust signals were buried under academy content.
Certification first for students
Certification details competed with bridal work.
Each audience gets its own first answer
Fewer detours between a visit and an enquiry.

client-reported
Separating the journeys without splitting the brand. Each visitor starts with the proof they came for.
What I can and cannot claim. These directions are based on post-launch engagement and enquiry patterns the client reported back. I don't have an instrumented analytics baseline, so I have kept the claims directional rather than invent precision.
What I would do next
Two deliberate trade-offs, and what I would revisit.
Capture a baseline before launch so impact can be measured.
Brides who later train, students who later book, are not pursued today.
