Building comfort and discretion into a premium care brand

Vinyaara is a premium women's care brand, menstrual pads and panty liners positioned around comfort and protection, for women dissatisfied with conventional options. The brand needed a digital storefront that felt as considered and premium as the product itself, in a category most sites treat clinically.

01·The story

A premium product in a category that looks clinical.

A cold look, a big first commitment and no guidance.

04·How I solved it

Three decisions that did the work

Each decision answered a real objection.

01

Warmth over the category default

Competitors used clinical, spec-forward layouts.

Before / not chosenMatch the category: clinical and spec-forward.
ChosenAn editorial, wellness-toned store in cream and plum.
What it changedThe site carries the promise before a visitor reads a spec.
02

A trial kit as the first purchase

First-time buyers hesitate to commit to a full pack.

Before / not chosenFull-size packs only.
ChosenThe Trial Experience as the way in, then monthly and value.
What it changedA low-risk first step for a cautious buyer.
03

A journal that teaches

People need help knowing what suits them.

Before / not chosenProduct pages only.
ChosenA Care Journal with real answers.
What it changedThe brand is a resource, not only a shop.

06·What changed

A store that feels like the product

A calmer path from first visit to first purchase.

The path, before

  • Lands on a clinical, spec-forward page
  • Reads it as a medical necessity
  • Faces a full-size pack
  • Hesitates to commit
  • Finds no guidance
  • Leaves

The path, after

  • Lands on a calm, editorial page
  • Feels comfort, not necessity
  • Sees a trial kit first
  • Reads the Care Journal
  • Chooses with confidence
  • Buys

What made the difference

A first purchase built on the real objection, and a look that matches the product’s promise.

What I can and cannot claim. I don't have conversion data to share yet, so the outcome here is what shipped and why, not a measured lift. The Trial Experience kit exists because first-time buyers in this category worry about committing to a full pack.

07·Next

What I would do next

What shipped is the foundation. Measurement comes next.
